1. Legal Terms & Operator

This website and service ("Back2Back Forex Journal") are operated by the owner individually. Contact email: backtobackforex@gmail.com. By accessing our tool, you agree to these terms.

2. Risk Disclosure & No Financial Advice

Trading foreign exchange (Forex) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Back2Back Forex Journal is strictly an educational and analytical tool.

The "AI Coach" feature uses artificial intelligence (Groq/API) to analyze past statistics. Any insights, reports, or suggestions provided by the AI Coach or the platform do NOT constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital.

3. Cloud Accounts & Security

When you create a Cloud Account to back up your data, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We use encrypted variables (JWT) to secure your access, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against malicious breaches.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Collection

We care about your privacy. Here is how we process your information:

• Trading Data: Your uploaded trading logs (MT4/MT5) are processed securely to display your metrics and statistics.
• AI Analysis: When using the AI Coach, relevant trading statistics are processed anonymized through our AI provider (Groq API). No personal identifying details are sent to the AI.
• Emails: We use Resend.com to handle authentication and password reset emails. Your email is only used for account management.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Back2Back Forex Journal and its operator shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, system downtime, or data loss incurred while using our software.
